1 on 1 training

An in-person training session that is customized for your needs and goals, delivered, and personalized by a professional trainer. Each session you will be guided and assisted by me, making sure everything is done correctively, efficiently, and effectively, making sure you are getting the most out of each session and remain pain and injury free.

1 on 1 online coaching

After a consultation with me to discuss your fitness goals and history, I will design a personalized workout program and plan to meet your needs and make sure you exceed your goals. I will coach, advise, and work with you online to help you reach your goals in the most efficient way possible. I am with you every step of the way. Changes will be made accordingly from week to week, and your progress will be tracked through my app which provides a daily schedule of exactly what to do.
 
All exercises on the app will always have videos and visuals to make sure the correct way to perform the exercise is displayed. I will also have you upload videos to the app so we can make sure you have the perfect form. Video chatting to make sure you are accommodated and supported by me throughout your entire fitness journey is also optional.

Video call training

A training session on a video call will consist of me guiding you through a workout, designed to meet your desired goals, and explaining how to do each movement. I will make sure your form on every exercise is perfect and that you are doing exercises in the most efficient way possible to get your desired result. Video call sessions are perfect for those who are not available to train with me in person. The video call training session can take place anywhere you can take your phone : at home , at your local gym , the park or anywhere outside.

Or A Personized Workout Program

A specific workout program designed for you and only you ; tailored to your need , your physical healthy and your body.

 

The workout program will be designed for a specific amount of time based on one’s individual goals. The Workouts will be delivered through an app which provides you with a daily schedule and your customized workout program. Videos of each exercise will be available for you to watch and learn exactly how to perform each exercise and you can track your progress in real time
