Looking for some inspiration for dinner?

Its crazy how this all started with a food diary. I didn’t think that a year later I would have a website so I could share my ideas and recipes with you, but here it is! Take a look at some of these to try. You can easily track the macros of the ingredients you use at home with an app like my fitness pal if you’re tracking. I personally prefer not to track, but I do read the food labels before I cook so I can get an approximate idea of where I’m at throughout the day. Most people can get by this way, but it might take a little bit of training and getting used to first before you find your own balance. Check out some of these recipes below.
