Grenade Carb Killa Stuffed Chocolate Protein Brownie


Ingredients:

80g Grenade Chocolate Charge
90g Crushed dark chocolate
200g Egg whites
75g Splenda
4 Carb Killa bars
1 Tablespoon baking powder
60g Butter
70g Zero calorie chocolate syrup
200g Philly light


Method:

Literally, just mix it all together saving the Carb Killa bars to one side. Its that simple. Make sure it’s a smooth batter and then pour half into your lined baking tin.

Bang your four Carb Killa bars in the middle of the mixture and then cover them with the rest.

Bake for about 25-30 mins at 180 degrees. Check with a skewer to see how they are doing. Cool, cut, faceplant.
